Trial Membership is offered to provide first-time members an opportunity to experience our tools and resources prior to committing to a paid subscription. Each member is eligible for one Trial Membership only.
The Trial Membership lasts for 3 days from the time of activation. If you wish to continue using the tools beyond this period, no action is required, and you will automatically be enrolled in the mothly subscription plan at the end of the trial period.
It is entirely your responsibility cancel the Trial Membership before the end of the 3-day period if they decide not to continue with a paid subscription. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in automatic enrollment into our monthly or yearly membership, depending on the option selected at the time of trial activation, and the associated charges will be applied. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page
We offer a 3 day money back guarantee on our Monthly and Yearly membership. Should you be unhappy with the pro-member tools in the first 72 hours of your membership. To request a refund please contact us via our contact form.
Since Trial members have 3 days to try out the site before they are charged, we do NOT offer a refund to Trial members.
You may cancel your monthly or yearly pro-membership at any time via your account page but due to the nature of the Service no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, excluding the 3 day money back guarantee as stated above.
Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the pro-member tools on this Website after your current membership period is completed. We will store Your Content after cancellation for 6 months; after 6 months Your Content will be permanently deleted.
After you cancel your membership, if prices have increased, you will no longer have access to your current subscription rate.
The 3 day refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once.
No partial refunds are given should you terminate your monthly or yearly pro-membership before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the Service until the end of your monthly or annual payment term.
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your subscription in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further. You will continue to be charged each month for a monthly and trial subscription and each year for a yearly subscription until you cancel your subscription.
Once you have received a refund, you are no longer eligible for a refund for future subscriptions.
Due to the intangible nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exhanges or offer refunds on any digital product purchases.
Purchases of AI Credits are final. No refunds will be issued for purchased AI Credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to the non-use of AI Credits, subscription cancellation, or account termination. Refer to the AI Credits Terms and Conditions for all the terms and conditions governing the use and purchase of AI Credits.
In no event shall Aududu Book Creator LLC, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Aududu Book Creator LLC, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
The tools and resources offered by this Website are subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed.
