What is your refund policy?

We offer a 3 day money back guarantee on our Monthly and Yearly membership. Should you be unhappy with the pro-member tools in the first 72 hours of your membership. To request a refund please contact us via our contact form. The 3 day refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate your monthly or yearly pro-membership before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the tools until the end of your annual payment term. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information.

What does a free 3-Day Trial Membership give me access to?

You have access to all the features of this website, except for any AI generated content. You are also limited to 5 downloads per puzzle tool and 10 puzzles per download. This gives you the abilty to try out the tools before purchasing a membership. Note that you will automatically be charged the monthly rate at the end of the 3 days if you do not cancel the membership before the end of your 3 day.

How do I upgrade from a Trial membership to a Monthly membership?

Why is the formatting on my puzzle page all messed up when I import the file to Canva?

That is a problem on Canva’s end. They do not import the PDF correctly. To get around this issue use the PDF to PowerPoint Tool and upload the PowerPoint file to Canva. You can find that tool here

Can I use my own fonts in your tools?

Absolutely, you have the flexibility to incorporate your own fonts into any of our tools for a truly personalized experience. Go here to upload your fonts. Then drag and drop your .ttf or .otf font files into the upload box to add your fonts into your account. Once they are in your account, they will appear in the select font dropdowns in all our tools.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your subscription go your Accounts Settings and click on the cancel button. After you cancel, you will have access to all tools until your subscription runs out. If prices have increased, you will no longer have access to your current subscription rate after you cancel your membership.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why was my credit card payment declined?

We have no control over whether or not your credit card purchase is accepted or declined. You will need to contact your credit card company and ask them why the transaction was declined.

Why do I have a $1 charge on my credit card for the free trial?

The $1 charge is "Uncaptured" and used to validate your credit card. The $1 will not be collected and the charge will go away in a few days.

What do I do if the membership I purchased is not showing up in my account?

The most likely reason your membership status has not been reflected in your account is due to an incorrect email address. You may have used a different email address or made a typo in your email address when you purchased the subscription.
